Adult classes are held year round except during the following:
Christmas Day - This day is probably the only day the dojo is officially closed.
Thanksgiving Day - It should be noted there have been some sightings of students attending morning class. :)
Seminars and Camps - Scheduled classes are normally suspended during seminars and camps.
The dojo runs a Youth Program which runs during the Maryland and District of Columbia school year.

New members contribute an additional $40.00 upon entry into Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU) and this dojo. This covers the cost of ASU dues and $5.00 for registration forms, ASU patch, and ASU handbook.
A dogi (practice clothes) and other supplies can be purchased locally or over the internet.

Visitor Mat Fees |
Mat fees for all visitors are by donation unless Saotome Shihan is in town.
$15.00 per day when Saotome Shihan is in town or $25.00 for three days.
To qualify for visitation and practice on the mat, an active membership must be held in another aikido dojo. |
Youth Program Class Schedule
The dojo's Youth Program starts back up on Saturday September 6th. The children's class starts at 8:00am and the teen’s class starts at 9:00am.
Children's classes are held during the regular school session, September through June, with training holidays following national holidays.
If you would like more information on enrolling a child or teenager in classes please stop in the dojo during a class to observe and speak with one of our instructors for this program. The best recommended time to observe and be introduced to this program is Saturday's children class.
